All those "pretzels" are made fresh everyday . Sometimes I think it would be better if we were making tortillas and serving real food.
To be honest, as a beer lover I was a bit skeptical to go to a brewery in Utah. I have a thing for sours and they had a limited edition pomegranate sour that was very tasty. My bf ordered a brown ale...can't remember what it was called but it wasn't bad. Had more flavor some brown ales I've had. Obviously I can't speak much to the beers sine i only tried two but it was fine enough for me.
As a mostly vegetarian I've had a lot of so so veggie burgers at restaurants. It was really nice to have a quinoa based burger instead of the bland black bean. Plus it had a portabella mushroom which as you vegetarians prob know, is the other non meat sandwich option out there. Very tasty, bun could have been sturdier since the moisture from the mushroom made it fall apart pretty fast but otherwise I really enjoyed it. Great fries too.
The food though...YUM! We were starving after hiking in Zion all day so we ordered a pretzel appetizer with cheese sauce, bf got the turkey rueben and I got the quinoa veggie burger. Pretzels were okay, cheese sauce was a little bland. A bargain at $3 though. I'm not a big meat eater but I kept stealing bites of my bfs Turkey rueben. That thing is so good! He took part of it back to the hotel and had it cold the next day and he said it was even better. I'm kind of obsessed with figuring out what was on it because I can't find a current menu online. Highly recommend!
OMG the beer is phenomenal and the Food is sooo tasty. I had the Buffalo Burger, yum. My wife had the Apple Gorgonzola Salad, she raved about it. There was a wait to sit on the patio, but it was worth it. Our Server was very busy but made us feel like we were her only guests. We will definitely be back
I don't know about food yet, but I am waiting around 45min, drinks after 10min......
Service unfortunately have to be better
Service was excellent for us. I would absolutely recommend this place.
Don't go there. There's better food in Springdale.
I worked at this place back in 2015. The best food I ate there was the home cooked food my Mexican coworkers would bring. Not on the menu.
The location is beautiful and the outdoor seating is one of the most beautiful patios you could ever be in.
The food is mediocre
Ok we got it.... They have to reheat my wife's stew but it was good.
The service depends on the moment and the people.
The reviews are correct, expect to wait. I knew this going in and planned accordingly. Ended up drinking two sampler flights and a pint, very good beer considering Utah's laws. Too bad 1 hour 43 minutes later my table of one was still waiting on a single burger. Sometimes understandable, but lost my patience after watching two four tops and a sixer arrive after me and then served food before me. Paid my beer tab and left...
Overall,
It is not easy to be the door mat to one of the most popular National Parks in the world. So give your young servers a break.
