We stayed here for our elopement in zion. Everything is amazing here. The food, the service, the rooms. They even picked fresh flowers from the grounds when they heard we were getting married. Spending time in the pool was so relaxing and they have a 24 hour hot tub. We also did our first look down on the beach by the virgin river. I love this place so much! They also had a camp fire and acoustic guitar set up down by the river one night. It was magical! What more could you want!
First room smelled like bleach but they switched us without an issue. Place is very nice. Bed is firm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good. The surroundings take the prize.
What a wonderful location, meticulously maintained grounds, helpful and courteous staff. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs with awesome views of the peaks in Zion. Right on the river with several gas grills for your use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.
Ideal location for easy access to Zion National Park. It's located on a river and has a park-like atmosphere with sidewalks leading to the park entrance and shuttles as well as several shops and quality restaurants all within a few minutes walk. We had Thanksgiving dinner here catered by a chef and it was exquisite. There is also a beautiful view of the canyon from many of the rooms and the back patios. The rooms are pretty nice too with separate sitting area, mini-fridge and microwave. All in all an excellent choice for visiting Zion.
This place deserves 6 stars. Every time I visit a hotel room I perform an over the top search for bedbugs and what not. I usually don't find any, but I do find hair, dust bunnies, other bugs, crumbs, food stains, etc (which i can expect and have come to accept as a reality of traveling). But the Cliffrose Lodge must be the cleanest place I have ever stayed. You'd be hard pressed to find an eye lash in this place. I have never felt so comfortable and confident in the cleanliness of a bed I slept in. Seemed even cleaner than my bedroom tbh. Also, it looks pretty, has 2 hot tubs open all night, and there is an excellent restaurant on-site, try the salmon. Also, it's a 30 second drive to the park, if that. Totally recommend.
