Absolutely adorable B&B, we rented the hiker's room, which is one of the smaller rooms and very reasonably priced. Joe greeted us as we walked in and gave us all the information we never knew we needed. He gave us a recommendation for dinner that was perfect, as well as accommodating all of our needs with a smile. The attention to detail was five star, and the decorating made you feel at home. I will be telling everyone I know to ditch the other overpriced chain-style places, and support this little locally owned slice of heaven.
My husband and I have stayed here twice now and absolutely LOVE it! The rooms are beautiful and so cozy and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. Anytime we go to Zions, we will be staying here!
An utterly charming place hosted by two of the most welcoming, lovely men. We had lots in common with them and were impressed by their involvement in local politics and immediate community. Recommend, recommend!
First Time Staying At A Bed & Breakfast(Under The Eaves Inn @ Springdale, Utah ) The Rooms were Amazing Room#3 & Room 7 Highly recommend Was The Best Choice Ever .....Very Friendly, Super Clean accommodate to your needs and makes you feel right a home...Gill was awesome with a warm welcoming to the Inn plenty of suggestions on where to go eat, things to do..Gina the housekeeper was awesome as well very attentive on anything we needed..Definitely coming back next year...Thanks Much The Martinez
Rented out the hiker room (dual twin beds) for 2 nights during our trip to Zion. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mark who was super friendly and had a wealth of local info to share with us. The room was clean, the property well kept and I couldn't have asked for much more. Breakfast at Oscars is top notch and close proximity to the local shuttle is a bonus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to make a trip to Zion.
