Nice place by Zion National Park. A little pricey but nice people
Best option for groceries in Springdale but prices are high. Springdale is a touristy area so groceries would be cheaper in St. George or Kanab. This place does have some good fresh-made baked goods and options for pre-made sandwiches and to-go lunches as well as normal produce and grocery items. Can pick up the touristy shirts and postcards here too.
Great little grocery store. They have organics and non organic. Reasonable prices. They have a deli and salad bar which is awesome if you need quick delicious meal after a day of adventure.
Good selection of food with healthy and organic items. It's a smaller store compared to most grocery stores and since it's so close to Zion, it is more expensive than the grocery stores in Vail.
There are so many healthy options here. The salad bar has many options, tofu being one of them! The soups are also very good. They have premade dishes that require heating but also pasta salads and sandwiches. Ordering a panini at the deli desk would be a tasty options as well! I've met the owners and they are very friendly.
