We were lucky enough to have Heidi take us on a last minute ride (2 adults/2 kids) a week ago. First, I was amazed at the quality of the bikes she rented us. Amazing. Then, she drives a really cool truck. Then, she took us to a really cool spot. It was a great morning, great experience, great photos, great location. Use this company, you won't be disappointed. Oh, I almost forgot. She is GREAT with kids.
Very knowledgeable staff! Not only rented us awesome mtn bikes but also directed us where to take our 11 year old daughter for her introduction to mtn biking. She had an amazing experience and is hooked! This was one great experience and a highlight for entire family! Thank you Colby, Johnathan, and Scott!
Wonderful people here. The owner is true bike enthusiast. The owner is helpful, professional, and personable. The experience they have riding in the area is a true asset to anyone interested in riding the Canyon or the surrounding area. Being that it is the only truest authentic bike shop in the area some of the prices reflect its proximity to the park and its remoteness, but nevertheless it is worth it for anyone truly vested in biking and enjoying our national parks. Selection is limited but they have anything you might need and will do what it takes to make sure they get you out there on a bike enjoying the beautiful gift of nature that surrounds you. Be patient. Many people want to ride. Many people either need a bike or need a bike part or a bike fixed and they may only have 2-4 hands at a time to address the needs of many. In any event I recommend this shop and encourage you to visit it if you are at all interested in riding at Zion or in the general area.

I wanted to offer some quick feedback about some awesome customer service I received from both Colby and Jonathan (sp). I was visiting recently with my wife and we were both pretty clueless about where to ride. In fact, we visited the store on a whim; we are cyclist but didn't have concrete plans to bike at all during our trip. We were just curious about what a LBS could offer in Springdale. We were warmly greeted by Colby who gave us some great tips about what to see on and off the bike. We ultimately decided to do a day rental and were not disappointed with his suggestion. Jonathan helped gear us up and make sure we were well equipped. More than just doing good business, I found these two to be great people. I'll certainly refer any of my cycling friends to the shop if I know they are going to be in the area.
